Standard Terms and Conditions

General Rules
The following terms and conditions apply to each Relativity social media contest and sweepstake (each, a “Giveaway”):

  1. Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the United States over the age of 18. Relativity employees and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

  2. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, you must follow the instructions in the applicable social media post (“Submission”). The Submission must comply with any social media platform’s terms of use. If your Submission complies with the instructions and these terms and conditions, you will be automatically entered to win the Giveaway. Each Submission must be made during the time period specified in the post (“Giveaway Period”). Limit one Submission per eligible participant.

  3. Winner Selection: After the Giveaway Period, winners (each, a “Winner”) will be selected by Relativity on the date specified in the applicable social media post. Unless selection criteria are specified for the Giveaway, Relativity will randomly select a Winner from all eligible Submissions, and all decisions shall be final and binding. Relativity may screen any or all Submissions. Any Submission that Relativity deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these terms and conditions may be disqualified. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of Submissions received.

  4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified through their social media accounts and must respond within 48 hours or will forfeit their prize. Relativity is not responsible for any unsuccessful efforts to reach a Winner, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void the Submission and select another Winner for the prize. Relativity may also require Winners to show proof of eligibility.

  5. Prize: Each Winner will be entitled to the prize specified for a Giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution, returns, or exchanges will be made except at Relativity's sole discretion. Relativity reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY PARTICIPATING IN A GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE DECISIONS OF RELATIVITY, WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS RELATIVITY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED. RELEASEES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN ANY GIVEAWAY MATERIALS; OR FOR ELECTRONIC OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTION OR ERROR, INCLUDING INABILITY TO ACCESS ANY SITE ASSOCIATED WITH A GIVEAWAY. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND RELEASE FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, X, AND YOUTUBE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE GIVEAWAY.

Reservation of Rights
Relativity's failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Relativity reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.

Publicity
Except where prohibited, your participation in the Giveaway constitutes your consent to Relativity to use your Submission for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Privacy
Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in the Giveaway will be collected by Relativity and used for the proper administration and fulfillment of the Giveaway, including disclosures to regulatory agencies or as otherwise described in these terms and conditions and Relativity's privacy policy located at https://www.relativityspace.com/privacy-policy.

Additional Terms and Conditions
You agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without reference to its choice of law rules. All disputes shall be settled exclusively in the federal or state courts in Los Angeles, California, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Your participation in a Giveaway constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

If you would like a copy of a list of Winners for any Giveaway or a copy of these terms and conditions, send an email to media@relativityspace.com after the Giveaway Period.
